I forgot my password

On the password reset page, get a 6-digit code at the email you signed up with and set a new password. All your other devices are signed out when you change it. If you sign in with a company mail account (TRUSTSSL), just use your mail password.

“Open the app” doesn't open Workstoa

• Check that Workstoa is installed. If not, download it.
• If the browser asks “Open Workstoa?”, choose Open.
• If the app is already signed in with another account, the account won't switch. Sign out in the app's settings and try again.
• The sign-in code works once, for 60 seconds. If it has expired, press the button again on the sign-in page.

I want to sign out of a lost device

In the app on another device, open Settings › Security · Devices and sign that device out. Its session ends immediately.

I was invited

Open the link in the invitation email to join. If your account already signs in with Google, Microsoft or company mail, sign in to the app first, then open the invite link again to join right away.
