Terms of service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using Workstoa, provided by BUKCS.com Co., Ltd. (벅스닷컴㈜) (“the Company”), and the rights and duties of the Company and users. Our affiliate BUKCS PTE. LTD. (Singapore) is shown as the publisher in the app stores, but the provider of the service and the party to these terms is the Company.

Article 2 (Workspaces and accounts)

One account can join several workspaces. A workspace owner manages invitations, permissions and the plan, and is responsible for the data in the workspace.

Article 3 (The service)

The Company provides mail, messenger, work management, customer request handling and other features, which may change as we improve them. We announce significant changes in advance.

Article 4 (Fees)

Fees are charged per workspace. Prices and payment and refund terms for paid plans will be added to these terms and the pricing page before general availability.

Article 5 (User obligations)

Users may not connect another person's account or mailbox without permission, or use the service to send spam, distribute illegal content or otherwise break the law.

Article 6 (Data)

Rights to data created by users and workspaces belong to them. The Company processes data only as needed to provide the service (see the privacy policy).

Article 7 (Limitation of liability)

To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for damage caused by natural disasters, the user's own fault, or outages of external services (mail servers, messengers, app stores).

Article 8 (Disputes)

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are resolved by the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
